Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

‍All Prescription Sales Are Final.  Due to the prescription nature of medications, all sales are final. Prescription products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been processed or shipped.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

‍

Certain treatments (including GLP-1 medications) may be offered as subscriptions. By enrolling, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled before your next billing date
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file
• You will be charged the listed price at signup, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, and required service fees disclosed at checkout

Cancellation

‍

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.  Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid charges. Charges already processed are non-refundableRefunds: Refunds are generally not offered. Limited exceptions (such as duplicate or erroneous charges) may be reviewed case by case.  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Changes to Terms

We may update subscription pricing or terms from time to time.  Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email or your account and will apply to future billing cycles only.
